Transitional Housing

 The last step on the road to recovery is Transitional Housing. This independent living situation incorporates long term supportive housing with intensive support services. 

 This program, only provided for Freedom Farm graduates, empowers men to re-enter the community as successful, productive members. The current success rate is 90%.
