Thank you for your support!
Here is the latest from Trinity Rescue Mission:

How You Can Help: We need clothing! By donating your used clothing to Trinity Rescue Mission, you are helping us keep our clothing closets well supplied, and also allowing us to raise funding with our HUGE Yard Sales and recycling initiatives throughout the year. Our first priority is to provide clothing to those in need. Afterwards, surplus and unusable clothing are sold by us to raise funds for mission programs.  All clothing donations can be dropped off directly at the mission, the drop box located at the Trinity Baptist Church Hammond Campus, or you can contact us directly for larger pick-ups of 500 pounds or more.

Back to School:  Thank you to all of the donors who dropped off school supplies for the children living at our Women & Children’s Center. Because of your generosity, we were able to provide new backpacks filled with school supplies to every child. We will also be able to provide school supplies to the children who move in over the next few months. The kids enjoyed a Back to School party where they were able to pick out their own backpacks, and they started the new school year off on a positive note.

Hurricane Season: We have entered the time of year that can be incredibly difficult for those living on the streets. The weather can be very unpredictable and wet. If you would like to help us with our preparation needs, we are collecting yoga mats, blankets, umbrellas, ponchos, socks, towels, canned goods, and bottled water. If you would like more information on donating items, please email jcouch@trinityrescue.org .
