The Trinity Rescue Mission Transitional Housing Program provides low-cost living and case management support for men graduating Trinity Rescue Mission’s Freedom Farm addiction recovery program. Transitional Housing is the last step towards restoration and independence for men who've made a lifelong commitment to face and overcome immense challenges.
At Trinity Rescue Mission’s Transition House, men are taught and coached to maintain their spiritual growth and sustain their recovery while working a job and living independently with other like-minded men. Our House Manager is on hand to positively coach our men in spiritual, financial, personal and work matters to help the men from becoming overwhelmed as they return to the pressures of re-engaging life productively and responsibly.
The Trinity Rescue Mission Transition House is located in West Jacksonville near stable employment opportunities and public transportation, but far away from the danger and relapse triggers of the inner-city street culture.
